Michael Fairman (not Filerman...), the guy who reunited the three Knots divas a few weeks ago, now has done another (Daytime) Soap Special with Donna Mills, Eileen Davidson and Laura Wright. Knot the reunion from home we all expected and longed for, but Donna is always fun to watch and listen. Enjoy it!

Not much else interesting announced in this kind of specials after the ones for "Melrose", "Desperate Housewives", "Dallas", and Ryan Murphy´s "Hollywood". It seems that it´s easier to reunite the cast of former sitcoms: "Community", "Caroline in the City", "Happy Days", and others. Today 20 it´s the night for "The Flash":

I'm watching (I mean like...it's being broadcast right this minute) a special called The Story of Soaps on ABC, and they had brief comments from all three of these ladies (among many others) during the two-hour show. Fairman must have been a consultant or perhaps on set when this special was being put together. It also had some brief comments from Alec Baldwin and a clip of when Joshua showed up on Val and Lilimae's doorstep. This was produced by people who really love the soap format, for sure.

Donna began her career on The Secret Storm, and was later on a short-lived Love Is A Many Splendored Thing before KL, and of course wowed everyone during her tenure on General Hospital, a soap also starring Laura Wright. Wright was also on Guiding Light, Loving and The City. Eileen Davidson is on Young and Restless, but has also been on Bold and the Beautiful, Days of our Lives, and Santa Barbara. So they've got a lot to say!

Mary Crosby was also on this special, confessing once again to shooting JR. But what has she done to her face? And as much as everyone should love Bryan Cranston, he was only briefly on a soap called Loving and does not deserve this much screen time. It would be like a special about Knots Landing where 3/4 of the commentary is done by Michael York.

Great Donna Mills interview! Of course she looks amazing as usual. But, I love how she is so nice and down to earth. She answers every question so calmly and just seems so friendly. Enjoy!

Oh, I watched the soap special and Knots did not get much credit at all. Kind of a waste of time for me. If you missed it, don't worry.
